In Copeland's Cemetery there is a listing as you described:
RAY, John (ship builder) who d. in Quebec Oct 1824, his wife - GILLEY, Mary d. age Fenelon, Ontario 10 April 1873 at 80 yrs.
RAY, Eliza wife of BOWLES, Robert d. 4 Mar 1891 age 73 yrs.
BOWLES, Robert 1814-1894.
